Sahel Search is an information and price comparison service. We collect the prices displayed by Algerian online stores and present them side by side. Sahel Search is not a store: we do not sell products, process payments or act as a purchasing intermediary. When you buy, you buy from the store, under its own conditions.
Prices, availability and product details shown on Sahel Search come from the stores and are only as up to date as our last update — stores can change them at any time. The store's own page is binding on price, availability and any product conditions. We do our best to keep the data accurate, but we do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy.
You may view and use Sahel Search for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to mass-extract, scrape or copy our data, attempt to disrupt the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Sahel Search name, logo, site design and our original content belong to us. Product names, images and brands shown for comparison purposes are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
Sahel Search is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, reliability or availability of the Service. Any purchase made from a store is a contract between you and that store.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sahel Search and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including any decisions made based on the prices or information shown here.
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on the site; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
