Fluent, near-native English is required for all profiles You'll be the direct voice of our brand for clients abroad. As we work across different time zones to serve our international clients, some roles may involve night shifts and staggered weekends. Logistics Coordinator : Coordinates installs, shipments, and inventory tracking to support field operations across multiple markets. Coordinate installs and manage shipping across multiple markets Track inventory and liaise with field teams 1+ yr experience in logistics, supply chain, or project coordination Customer Support Representative: Handles user inquiries via email, phone, and chat, resolving issues and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Handle user inquiries via email, phone, and chat Troubleshoot account and transaction issues 1+ yrs experience in customer support Business / Technical Support Representative: Provides technical troubleshooting and multi-channel support for kiosk operations and onsite technicians. Provide kiosk troubleshooting and technical assistance Support onsite technicians and manage CRM reporting Strong problem-solving and multi-channel support skills Sales Development Representative (SDR) – B2B Retail: Drives high-volume cold calling to qualify and convert independent retailers into new B2B accounts.
