We are recruiting an experienced on‑site Civil Engineer for our grain silo construction project in Khenchela, Algeria. The candidate will take charge of silo‑related civil construction management, quality control, progress monitoring, site documentation, and coordination with clients, supervisors and subcontractors, ensuring works comply with drawings, technical specifications and HSE requirements. Applicants shall hold a civil engineering bachelor or master degree, have at least 3 years of site working experience, prior experience in silo, industrial or large‑scale infrastructure projects is preferred, be proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, with good English capability; French and Arabic are advantageous.
