Layla

When Leeds meets Layla, he’s convinced he’ll spend the rest of his life with her—until an unexpected attack leaves Layla fighting for her life. Though she recovers physically, the scars on her mind have changed the woman Leeds fell in love with. In a desperate attempt to bring her back, he takes her to the bed-and-breakfast where they first met. But when Layla’s behavior becomes increasingly bizarre and the house begins to feel like it's holding its own secrets, Leeds finds solace in another guest. A haunting, genre-bending story that explores the lengths we go to for the people we love and the ghostly lines between devotion and obsession.
