Description
EAA + GLUTAMINE . Food supplement .
contains a blend of essential amino acids and
GLUTAMINE, fights against muscle breakdown (anti-catabolic
action) by supporting nitrogen retention, glycogen synthesis, and
protein synthesis. L-Glutamine thus promotes muscle building,
significantly accelerates muscle recovery.

Recommended use
Dissolve one serving of the product – 10 g (2 scoops) in 300 ml of water; use a shaker or a blender. Take 2 servings daily.
On workout days: 1st serving 30 min. before a workout, 2nd serving after a workout.
On non-workout days: 1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving between meals.
