We’re Hiring – Operations Team Member 📍 Location: Ouled Yaich, Blida, Algeria 🏢 Company: CFS UK Services Ltd 💼 Employment Type: Full-time 📅 Start Date: ASAP 💰 Starting Salary: 30,000 DZD per month About the Role CFS UK Services Ltd is looking for a motivated and reliable Operations Team Member to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with a UK-based logistics company. As part of our Operations Team, you will gain experience across multiple departments, including compliance, vehicle checks, live operations, administration, and driver support. During your training, you will rotate between departments every two weeks to develop a broad understanding of the business before taking ownership of a primary department. Key Responsibilities * Support managers with day-to-day operational activities. * Assist with compliance and administrative tasks. * Monitor live operations and provide support to delivery crews. * Contact drivers and help resolve operational issues. * Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time. * Maintain operational records and update internal systems. * Work collaboratively with the wider operations team. Requirements * Excellent spoken and written English. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. * Good communication and organisational skills. * UK geographical knowledge is preferred but not essential. * A positive attitude with a willingness to learn. * Someone looking to build a long-term career with the company. Working Hours * Typical shifts are 10 hours with a 30-minute break. * Shift times may vary depending on operational requirements.
